Full Roof Restorations
Replacement of all broken and chipped tiles, replacing rusted valley irons, pressure cleaning with 3000psi water pressure, all cement work removed, re-bedded and pointed. For cement tiles, only our 3 coat sealing system which includes primer, sealer and topcoat is applied. Supply of at least 6 coated tiles to leave for spares, clean down roof and removal of all rubbish plus a 10-year guarantee.
Re-Bedding and Pointing
Includes changing of all broken and cracked tiles, using similar size and profile. Re-bedding of all loose or misaligned ridge caps, gables and valleys. Re-pointing of all ridge cap, gables and valleys using flexible pointing, replace rusted valley irons; clean down of roof and removal of all rubbish plus a 10-year guarantee.
Re Roofing
Complete replacement of all tiles and ridge caps, installation of new battens, heavy duty sarking, new valleys, new gable flashings, flexible pointing, clean down of roof and removal of all rubbish, plus a 10-year guarantee for installation.
Pressure Washing
Entire roof is pressure washed and rinsed down. All gutters are cleaned out and left spotless. Outside of gutters, fascias, windows, paths and other surrounding are hosed down and cleaned.
Valley Iron Replacement
Rusted valley irons are removed and replaced with either zinc or ColorBond® valley irons. Valleys are then either re cemented with flexible pointing or storm seal is installed.
Roofing Repairs
Broken tiles, cracked cement work, shell ends and even leaking roofs can all be assessed and fixed.

Above is a selection of 16 of our most popular colours. However, we also offer Toffee, Dark Chocolate, Charcoal, Midnight, Mandarine, Terra Cotta, ColorBond® Hunter Red and ColorBond® Mist Green.
If these colours aren't what you are looking for, we also offer a colour matching service to suit corporate colours, existing roof tiles and new extensions.
Note: Whilst all care has been taken to ensure colour accuracy. The colours illustrated may vary slightly from the actual product due to colour variations in monitor calibrations. Minor colour variations are also unavoidable between production runs and the actual product may vary slightly from samples provided by Total Roof Restoration.
